Join our Data Management and Data Governance team, responsible for digitalization in research & development for crop protection globally. Your role involves establishing governance processes, creating guidelines, managing document lifecycle, and promoting digital knowledge assets. You will identify gaps in digital landscapes, advise on knowledge management solutions, and participate in establishing data workflows using advanced technologies like large language models (LLMs). Staying updated on knowledge management trends and creating documentation are also key responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education in the natural sciences field.
2. Familiarity with knowledge and data management principles, with skills in document management and search systems.
3. Proficiency in writing and templating scientific documents.
4. Ability to train technical and non-technical colleagues.
5. Strong proficiency in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
