Responsibilities

  1. Work in larger development projects to create IT and digital marketing concepts to implement new strategies and optimize customer experience.
  2. Utilize modern technologies for customer-oriented campaign management across relevant channels, from landing pages and email communication to personalized multichannel campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues and clients using agile software development methods.
  4. Manage challenges within the team and deliver solutions successfully.

Mission
  1. Advise clients on digital marketing channel strategies, analysis, management, and optimization.
  2. Determine client requirements and configure and design Adobe Campaign solutions accordingly.
  3. Develop and document custom solutions, create implementation plans, and train users on campaign management tools.
  4. Proactively analyze and resolve integration issues with third-party systems.
  5. Possibly assume technical sub-project or project leadership roles.
Skills Required
  1. Degree in a relevant field or solid IT training.
  2. Extensive experience in campaign architecture and Adobe Campaign implementation.
  3. Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, SQL, and data integration.
  4. Adobe Campaign Architect and/or Developer certification is advantageous.
  5. Fluent German and English, willingness to travel for client projects.
