Job Description:

We are looking for a People Business Partner to contribute to and implement a central people service model for our business unit. You will support the entire lifecycle of employee-related matters for permanent employees, freelancers, contractors, and interns.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting people leaders in effective management and leadership development with a human-centered approach.
  2. Assisting in building a people strategy covering talent needs, development, organizational change, rewards, performance management, and culture development.
  3. Providing advice on policies, legal matters, employment law, international mobility, and health & safety to ensure compliance and education within the unit.
  4. Participating in people strategy initiatives and leading projects within the group and the business unit.
  5. Sharing accountability with team leaders for team performance.
Candidate Profile:

We seek a forward thinker with:

  • Experience in aviation, automotive, or technical industries.
  • Hands-on mentality with HR Business Partner experience.
  • Strong academic background complemented by broad HR experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of German labor law and the ability to support leaders in its application.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Passion for talent and performance management.
  • High resilience, ability to handle ambiguity, conflicts, and collaborate effectively across the organization.
