Qualifikationen

Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative - BeNeLux, based in Schwelm (Wuppertal area), reporting directly to our Teamlead Customer Service BeNeLux & Nordics, you will be a high-impact team member.

Your Mission:

• Be the first contact for customers in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands via phone and email, handling orders and feedback.
• Build strong business relationships by providing excellent service and promoting our sustainability efforts.
• Represent a friendly and reliable face to customers, demonstrating capabilities and fostering customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure excellent service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• (University) Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in call centers, internal sales, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or production industries.
• Fluency in German and English is required; Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow a sustainable business with us.
