Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Driver / Safety Driver (m/w/d) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Continuous monitoring of vehicle systems and surroundings
• Active control of the vehicle from a remote driving station
• Maintaining communication with the control center, safety drivers, or other road users
• Collecting data on vehicle performance and behavior, and reporting irregularities or incidents
• Taking manual control of the vehicle in case of technical issues or dangerous traffic situations
• Checking safety systems and equipment before and during operation
• Providing feedback to improve vehicle technology

Qualifications:

• Completed technical education
• Several years of professional experience in vehicle technology or electronics
• Valid driver's license (Class B and C1); a passenger transport permit is advantageous
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and act responsibly
