Overview:
A leading provider of specialized research solutions for drug discovery and development is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive business growth across Europe. The company offers high-quality biological materials, including human and animal tissues, cell products, and biofluids, supporting the ADME division. With a strong focus on precision medicine, it integrates clinical data with biological samples to enhance research outcomes. The organization is a market leader helping scientists advance their understanding of pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, and toxicology.
The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for direct sales activities within a defined market, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a consultative sales approach, leveraging scientific expertise to support researchers and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will be recognized as a trusted expert, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  2. Build and execute strategic account plans, reporting progress quarterly.
  3. Manage sales forecasting and develop growth strategies for the assigned territory.
  4. Strengthen relationships with existing clients and proactively engage new prospects.
  5. Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, including competitor activities and industry trends.
  6. Accurately track sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports.
