What you’ll be doing

• Improve and develop our web-based clients, including native apps, and our RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team to produce high-quality, tested code.
• Engage in code reviews, give and receive feedback, and share knowledge with peers.
• Take ownership of your work and be open to feedback.
• Own the features you develop, maintain quality, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Iteratively push code, maintain a good CI/CD pipeline, and automate processes where possible.

What you need to be successful

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the projects you undertake and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker, REST, and Microservices is a plus; passion for Test Driven Development is essential.
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
