As a Senior Product Manager (f/d/m) for our Permea Insights Hub at Temedica, you’ll guide the development of data and analytics products for pharma and life sciences partners. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Product, UX designers, data analysts, engineers (cross-functional teams), medical and pharma experts to keep our platform aligned with real user needs across the entire treatment lifecycle. We use a modern product operating model, where iterative customer feedback and clear outcomes drive decisions. Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of healthcare analytics? Your Role with us
  • Shape the Product Strategy: Work with the Head of Product to define the roadmap and direction of the Permea Insights Hub, focusing on outcomes that matter for our customers and our business.
  • Lead Discovery: Talk to pharma users, analyze data, and use frequent feedback loops to identify meaningful problems. Prioritize the ones that bring the highest value.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Write clear user stories, define success metrics, and work with design and engineering on possible solutions. Make sure everyone understands the “why.”
  • Coordinate and Deliver: Align with data and engineering to plan sprints, define timelines, and meet goals. Measure what works, iterate quickly when needed, and share learnings with the team.
  • Keep Stakeholders Informed: Communicate updates and results to internal teams (including leadership, sales, and CS) in a transparent way, setting realistic expectations and highlighting progress.
  • Collaborate on Go-to-Market: Ensure that new features and enhancements can be rolled out smoothly by working closely with commercial teams on messaging, demos, and user onboarding.
What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in B2B data/analytics.
  • Proficiency in a modern product approach: You understand how to validate ideas continuously, balance user needs with business goals, and keep teams focused on measurable results.
  • Technical awareness: You can talk with data engineers about pipelines, discuss feasibility with backend engineers, and partner with design on user experience.
  • Strong communication skills: You know how to explain priorities and product decisions clearly and concisely.
  • Healthcare or pharma experience: This is a plus if you’re familiar with EHR, claims, or real-world evidence data.
  • Fluency in English; German is a big plus: Many of our pharma partners operate in Germany, so German-language skills help with stakeholder communication.
