Our Talent Science team aims to ensure objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues globally. We work closely with stakeholders to support fair decision-making and lead an effective hiring ecosystem leveraging data and behavioral science, in collaboration with our Hiring Leadership team.

We seek exceptional individuals at the entry level with a psychology-based degree and an outstanding academic record. Candidates should have some relevant experience in talent selection from coursework, internships, or first jobs. You will learn to implement hiring strategies that drive high performance and contribute to our talent agenda.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, curiosity, and proficiency in SQL or Python to analyze data. You should be capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess good self-motivation, and have a keen interest in human behavior and decision-making. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work with senior stakeholders to meet hiring targets. A passion for technology platforms and automation to improve processes is also desired.

This role is remote within the EMEA region and involves:

  1. Learning candidate assessment techniques including behavioral interviews.
  2. Understanding psychometrics in the workplace.
  3. Improving hiring process efficiencies.
  4. Contributing to analytics-driven hiring projects.
  5. Building stakeholder relationships to solve complex problems.
  6. Gaining system and platform knowledge to support hiring inquiries.
  7. Supporting ticket and channel inquiries to understand processes.

Qualifications include:

  1. An excellent academic record from high school and university, with a degree in psychology or related fields.
  2. Advanced data analysis skills using SQL, Python, and/or R.
  3. Relevant experience in talent through coursework, internships, or first jobs.
  4. Interest in technology, demonstrated through experience or projects.
  5. Strong project management and ability to work efficiently.
  6. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ambition, curiosity, and drive to innovate in talent management.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.

Nice-to-have skills include:
