The Senior Security Expert - ZEISS Security Engineer Program Office is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and organizing all activities within the ZEISS Security Engineer Program Office. This role acts as the key contact for program organization, defines, enables, and monitors operational rules and principles, and ensures effective collaboration within the programs. The expert supports the coordination and creation of Security Engineer working groups, oversees their functions and deliverables, and maintains documentation related to the programs, including directories and certification follow-ups.
Responsibilities include managing, planning, executing, and monitoring the project portfolio to optimize the ZSE (ZEISS Security Engineer) program and its community, developing reporting and governance structures, onboarding new members, and supporting active ZSEs with personalized learning plans. The role involves identifying automation opportunities, improving administrative processes, and enhancing user experience through automation tools like MS Power Automate or RPA tools.
The expert will also develop communication strategies to support change management, facilitate community engagement, and organize internal and external events, such as hackathons and conferences. Continuous evaluation of current trends in Information Security, including AI, ransomware, and social engineering, is essential to keep the program current. Leading initiatives to improve educational content and ensuring alignment with industry standards like ISO27002 are also key responsibilities.
