Qualifikationen

• Langjährige Erfahrung in einer kommerziellen oder finanziellen Position.

As an Assurance Associate at Siemens Energy, you will dive into risk assessments, auditing processes, and collaborating on central initiatives. Your day will be filled with evaluating compliance, identifying pivotal issues, and advising management on corrective actions. How You'll Make an Impact

• Conduct risk-based internal audits to assess the efficiency of the organization's internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
• Support the development and execution of audit plans, including prioritization, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and standard methodologies.
• Work with a team of internal auditors, providing mentorship and oversight to ensure high-quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the efficiency of corrective actions taken by various business units.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or business (CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other relevant certification).
• Longstanding experience in a commercial or financial position, with a strong background in accounting and/or internal control policies. Equivalent experience to FRG is acceptable.
• Experience within a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Solid understanding of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx etc.).
• Dedication to ongoing learning and willingness to travel globally up to 50%.
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
