Job Description
Summary: As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and business development for automotive UWB, focusing on the APAC region. Your role involves driving Qorvo UWB automotive business in APAC by generating customer demand, creating sales funnels, securing design wins, and supporting revenue growth. You will liaise between the market and various functional groups within the Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer growth strategies for Qorvo UWB in Automotive and smart mobility in APAC.
- Manage opportunity funnel growth through engagement with sales and distribution partners in APAC.
- Create compelling headlines to enhance the Qorvo brand and attract new customers.
- Develop business models to establish competitive positioning and value propositions.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, testing, finance, marketing, and distribution to meet customer needs.
- Represent the customer's voice to engineering, product management, and operations.
- Establish pricing models and develop customer-specific pricing strategies in collaboration with Product Line Managers and Sales to ensure revenue and profitability.
- Forecast orders and sales for new and existing service offerings.
- Formulate and execute long-term plans to improve revenue growth and margins in APAC.
- Create Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and initiate new product development aligned with roadmaps.
- Support the new product development process from initiation to production.
- Conduct research to understand customer technical needs and develop new products or services accordingly.
- Build partnerships in Asia and China to address customer needs and expand Qorvo's ecosystem.
- Monitor UWB standards relevant to automotive in Asia and China (e.g., ICCE) and recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and operations to define product requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with proactive coordination skills across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of RF and embedded software in wireless applications, preferably UWB, BLE, and car access systems.
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing, embedded software/hardware development in customer-facing roles, preferably with APAC market experience.
- Proven success in customer growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in marketing techniques such as market analysis, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on value propositions to drive business growth.
- Experience with data analysis and database management is advantageous.
