The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founding team and make a significant impact as we scale. Think of it as building your own marketing department with the backing of serious VC funding and a product that customers love.

Your Impact

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind our growth initiatives. Here's what you'll own:

  • Develop and test innovative funnel offer and ad concepts (video & static) that drive real results
  • Lead the creative production process end-to-end from briefing to execution
  • Build relationships with creators and manage video content production
  • Transform customer success stories into compelling case studies
  • Craft platform-specific copy that resonates with our target audiences
  • Architect and execute multichannel growth strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Own our paid marketing campaigns across all platforms
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance

Requirements

Your Profile

You're a growth specialist with the perfect blend of creativity and analytical thinking:

  • Degree from a top-tier university
  • Minimum two years of experience in a fast-scaling SaaS or eCommerce business
  • Proven track record in video-based marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong eye for design and understanding of brand aesthetics
  • Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Excellence in project management and stakeholder communication
  • Expertise in landing page creation (Webflow)
  • Mastery of paid advertising platforms
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and AI
  • Fluent in German and English (German is mandatory)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
