What you’ll do

• Build and maintain backend services in Java 21 or Kotlin, with support and guidance from more senior engineers
• Use AI tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor, Jetbrains AI) as part of your coding, testing, or learning process
• Participate in trunk-based development and contribute to our automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Work in a team alongside frontend developers, product managers, QA, and agile coaches
• Share feedback through peer reviews and retrospectives and contribute ideas to improve how we work
• Learn from your teammates—and teach them what you know
