Job Location: This position is based in Germany with the option to work from our office locations in Munich, Berlin, or Walldorf, from home-office, or a combination of both.

About the role:

As a Senior SAP Developer, you will work with us to build, improve, and enhance our software by solving core module challenges and developing innovative new features. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with our FSI customers to understand their business needs and aligning project scope accordingly
• Translating business requirements into valuable software solutions for customers
• Ensuring software development adheres to industry standards for performance, reliability, and security
• Supporting customers in software adoption and providing excellent service
• Programming in ABAP and conducting software testing to develop optimal solutions

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or relevant fields
• 2-5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
• Advanced skills in ABAP programming
• Knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with a specialization in Banking, is a plus
• Customer orientation and a strong focus on quality
• Ability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams with good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt to change, and fully leverage your abilities
• Business fluent English
