• Support the Sales team in customer engagement through opportunity assessments and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Gain deep knowledge of customer requirements, conduct whiteboard sessions, and perform advanced supply chain analysis as needed.
• Create clear problem statements and establish as-is baselines.
• Design and document tailored solutions, value propositions, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate pricing and solution feasibility.
• Prepare and present value propositions highlighting quantifiable improvements in critical supply chain components, supporting commercial negotiations.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Implementation team and monitor that solutions are implemented as designed.
• Possess expert knowledge of the international supply chain market, products, systems, processes, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Have proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and similar tools for handling large data sets.
• Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a proven track record in supply chain, order management, or logistics solution design.
• Extensive industry experience with a solid understanding of the global sea freight forwarding industry.
• Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box, and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
