We are seeking a talented front-end developer to join our R&D team. Your role will involve evolving our proprietary engine for generating highly personalized advertising promotions. As part of an agile, cross-functional team, you'll develop an intuitive, extendable frontend for advertisers to manage and evaluate promotion campaigns. This includes creating a modern UI based on a solid technical foundation to meet high standards of robustness and responsiveness, along with intuitive reporting features to visualize outcomes of machine learning-optimized promotions.

You will have responsibility and autonomy in your work and collaborate with software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and product managers. This role is key to scaling our vision of making marketing relevant and impactful. You will work remotely but have opportunities to meet colleagues in person during company and engineering events.

What you’ll bring along:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing responsive and scalable front-end applications
• Expertise in creating seamless web experiences that are clean, pragmatic, and forward-thinking
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features, ensuring smooth backend integration
• Proficiency in debugging production issues across services and stack levels
• Commitment to improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Adequacy with TypeScript
• Experience with developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications using frameworks like React or Vue

Great if you also have:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Playwright)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying in cloud environments such as Azure DevOps
• Experience building and operating production systems
