The Institute Competence Centre Photovoltaics Berlin (PVcomB) is looking for a Postdoc Scientist (f/m/d) for Industrial Perovskite / Silicon Tandem Solar Cells.

Your Tasks
  1. Design and coordinate experiments, perform hands-on lab work for processing perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells, primarily using solution and hybrid methods for perovskite deposition.
  2. Characterize and analyze layers and devices, conduct loss analyses, and guide further experiments.
  3. Report results and publish findings in scientific journals and at conferences.
  4. Supervise and train students and technicians, if applicable.
Your Profile
  • PhD in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in thin-film and semiconductor physics & technology.
  • Experience in solution and/or hybrid processing of perovskite solar cells.
  • Technology enthusiast with a focus on (tandem) solar cell device physics.
