Job Description:

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity and build meaningful connections that drive behavior change.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner primarily with brand advertisers and agencies to provide measurement insights that improve understanding of their performance on the platform.
  • Collaborate with revenue and product teams to develop and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  • Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their needs are reflected in product and partnership developments.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal inference methods to measure ad effectiveness.
  • Experience with attribution modeling; familiarity with Media Mix Modeling is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, auctions, and campaign performance drivers.
  • Fluency in German; excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies or in complex, data-driven marketing environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to influence client decisions.
  • Exceptional time-management skills to prioritize key initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred.
  • Experience in executing custom analytical projects; proficiency in SQL, Hive, or R is advantageous.
