IT Consultant | 1 day onsite| Leverkusen or Cologne | 2-stage process | C1 German & Fluent English | €45,000–€52,000

We’re working with a family-run IT consultancy, now led by the founder’s son, that supports 200+ customers across Europe with EDI and invoicing system solutions. They’re looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join their close-knit team of 25, working onsite with clients on IT projects, system admin, and support. Ideal for someone with 1-4 years’ experience or strong internships, with full training and a weekly social office day.

The interview process includes a 15-minute introduction with the founder, followed by a 2-hour onsite technical interview where you’ll meet the team and assess mutual fit. If successful, an offer is typically made the next day!

Fluent German (C1 minimum) and fluent English are essential. Predominantly based remote with one day a week onsite which varies each week.

Skills & Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or consulting
• Basic knowledge of EDI, databases (MySQL, MSSQL), and scripting (PowerShell or Bash) beneficial
• Practical understanding of IT systems like ERP, CRM, or DMS is a plus
• Personable and confident speaking with customers face-to-face
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with 1st and 2nd level IT support
