As aB2B Marketing & Automation Lead – GenAI & Growth (f/m/d), you will take full ownership of our B2B marketing setup and bring it into the GenAI & agentic era. Your mission: modernize how we attract, qualify, and convert B2B leads. You’ll build a lean, high-performing MarTech stack that automates manual work and uses AI to create, test, and scale content efficiently. Working closely with the founders, sales, product, and leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving scalable growth and revenue impact.
AI-Powered Growth Hacking
Design and implement creative, data-driven growth strategies tailored for B2B lead generation. Use cutting-edge AI tools to drive scalable experimentation.
Sales Funnel Automation
Create automated workflows that score, segment, and nurture leads across the buyer journey – driving personalized conversion at scale.
Tool Stack Ownership
Take full ownership to identify, evaluate, and integrate best-in-class tools into a seamless ecosystem – CRM, outbound automation, landing pages, enrichment, and analytics included.
AI-Enabled Content Coordination
Be efficient and don’t write content yourself from scratch – instead, you orchestrate an AI-based content agent (trained on our messaging) to produce high-quality material at scale. You own prompt architecture, content flows, and quality assurance.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor key funnel metrics (e.g. CPL, conversion rate, lead velocity, drop-off). Run rapid experiments and continuously optimize for performance.
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced SaaS environments.
Strong growth hacker mindset – you think in systems, not channels.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, PhantomBuster, Zapier / Make / n8n, Webflow.
Advanced use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer) for content generation – including multimodal (text & image) experience.
Ability to independently set up workflows across tools without developer support.
Excellent written and spoken English & German.
Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented work style.
Experience in pharma or healthcare industries.
Understanding of AI content workflows and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with sales enablement and SDR tooling.
Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and webhook logic.
