Job Title: Finance Manager

As a finance manager, you are responsible for the timely issuance, amendment, and discharge of bank guarantees.

You drive continuous improvement, harmonization, and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and consult operational units in guarantee management.

Furthermore, you will manage and negotiate contracts with banks.

Additionally, you will take an active role in coordinating and aligning supplier finance programs together with the purchasing and central treasury departments.

You will also optimize intercompany funding structures, capital allocation, and support the financial planning process and intercompany financing.

Qualifications :

• Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Finance with a focus on accounting
• Work Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury finance or risk management roles, preferably in complex organizational environments
• Personality and Working Practice: Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, responsible, process-oriented, and analytical working style
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and German skills; other languages are beneficial
