Responsibilities

1. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines with Sinumerik control.
2. Preparing and finishing components; complexity varies based on skills and experience.
3. Conducting quality assurance, including rework according to drawings and instructions.
4. Ensuring workplace organization and maintenance according to 6S criteria.
5. Supporting process improvements through creation and implementation.

Your Profile

• Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training, e.g., as a cutting machine operator.
• Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in grinding.
• Knowledge of conventional machining of components is desirable.
• Initial experience in manufacturing mechanical seals.
• Good knowledge of procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans, and internal guidelines.
• Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, and communication skills.
