The Role

We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our Munich office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT support and engaging with various teams across Europe. You will contribute to the improvement of internal systems, work on projects that enhance our tech environment, and be a key part of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support tickets and provide IT troubleshooting via Zendesk.
  • Offer onsite technical support to colleagues.
  • Participate in small to medium-sized projects aimed at optimizing internal processes and systems.
  • Assist with tech-related aspects of office moves and new office setups.
  • Work collaboratively with our distributed team, including colleagues in Munich, Hamburg, Oslo, and Stockholm.

Your Future Team

You will be part of a distributed team with colleagues in Munich, Hamburg, Oslo, and Stockholm. The team is led by a Delivery Lead based in Stockholm and we work closely together across locations to ensure success in all our projects.
