Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Frachtweiterleitung mit Fokus auf Luftfracht.
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu priorisieren und Fristen einzuhalten.

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung der Dateierstellung und aller Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Frachtweiterleitung.
• Überwachung der Dateien auf Einhaltung der Schätzungen und fristgerechte Rechnungsstellung.

We are hiring highly motivated forwarding professionals to our Airfreight branch in Munich!

Responsibilities:

• Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding
• Monitor/audit files weekly for compliance of estimate input, profit margin setting and timely invoicing
• Assist clients in their day by day requests related to export/import documentation in order to ensure proper execution to the transportation files
• Provide clients with complete Flight details to ensure proper flow of information
• Liaise with Airlines to procure the best possible solutions (capacity and cost)
• Liaise with DP World internal Network and external Partner Agents
• Network with regional Operations colleagues to ensure proper support in case of workflow overload

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experienced in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Freight Forwarding industry with a focus on Air Freight
• Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives, ensuring that the Countries get things right the first time through questioning, analyzing, planning, and follow-up
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Language skills in both English and German (minimum Level B2)
