About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives – CEO Office (all genders) to join the CEO’s Office at Delivery Hero, supporting our brands foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti.

In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across our most critical initiatives. From shaping global priorities and leading cross-functional projects to owning executive governance and strategic efforts, you’ll help steer the organization at the highest level.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders, from concept to execution
2. Provide analytical support and insights to guide decision-making on key business questions
3. Align global, regional, and local priorities by supporting defining and refreshing company strategy and aligning strategy across entities
4. Manage governance for C-level and OKR meetings, ensuring follow-up and accountability
5. Support strategic projects from global initiatives to C-level planning
6. Design and maintain business planning processes, including OKRs, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards
7. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping to move the business forward with clarity and focus

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
3. Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity
4. High business acumen, with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations
5. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, especially with senior leadership
6. Experience building governance structures, leading planning cycles, and driving accountability
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
