ABOUT THE JOB

• As a Senior System Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables System Engineering skills and capabilities across TUI Tech. You will work with a DevSecOps mindset, collaborating effectively to deliver solutions.
• You will provide technical leadership, shape engineering processes, coach team members, and promote quality and continuous improvement.
• You will lead complex technical solutions within a Product team, ensuring the engineering addresses business needs.
• You will deliver changes across the IT stack collaboratively within Agile teams, using various technologies and automation to meet quality and time targets.
• Quality, documentation, and security are priorities in your work.
• You will design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions, driving architecture, development, security, and operations.
• You will work to improve infrastructure platform architectures, infrastructure-as-code, DevSecOps capabilities, and automation.
• You will proactively improve platform automation and stability, ensuring operational excellence.
• You have experience delivering infrastructure services to DevOps teams, focusing on provisioning, security, and training.
• You will communicate ideas clearly, take initiative, and help teams adopt new approaches and tools.
• You will contribute to Communities of Practice, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior colleagues.
• You are autonomous, eager to learn, and committed to security and technical excellence.
