Qualifikationen

Your Tasks:

1. Requesting the necessary goods needed daily and their proper storage
2. Preparing meals for breakfast buffets serving up to 1200 people
3. Handling all food items with quality and cost consciousness
4. Consistently following all recipe guidelines
5. Implementing all Hilton standards, creating quality standards, and monitoring their adherence
6. Observing, implementing, and training hygiene guidelines across the work area
7. Participating in departmental and cross-departmental meetings and training sessions
8. Onboarding and training our new trainees as well as staff
9. Preparing duty rosters and vacation plans
10. Daily coordination and close collaboration with the head chef

What We Expect From You:

1. Completed, solid training as a chef and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within upscale gastronomy or hospitality
2. Organizational talent and strong leadership skills
3. Target-oriented working style
4. Ability to complete tasks within clear deadlines and set priorities
5. Confident demeanor and assertiveness
6. Independence, flexibility, and resilience
7. High customer orientation and service willingness
8. Proficiency in German and English
9. Good and confident handling of common computer programs
