ManTech seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Supply Clerk to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Important Note: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

1. Help ensure the flow of shipments, both inbound and outbound, in the most cost-effective manner.
2. Route outbound delivered loads and inbound back-hauls, utilizing logistics software; reference DOT regulations on hours of service.
3. Manage load utilization and coordinate common carrier activities and communications related to logistics distribution of material.
4. Maintain customer database and profile by customer location.
5. Update information for each customer and maintain customer delivery time windows.
6. Track raw materials and coordinate the distribution point of incoming and outgoing materials.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
2. 2+ years of experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
3. 1 year experience with the STAMIS, GCSS, or commercial LMIS.
4. Experience in data entry for supply, acquisition, and inventory purposes, including pulling and staging equipment for shipment, packaging, and preparing necessary paperwork.
5. Experience in inventory management and requisition of supplies, maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.
6. Experience operating material handling equipment and proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and meet government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
8. Possession of a valid Driver’s License for the work location and a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Valid German or European Work VISA.
2. Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply systems, automated and manual supply systems, and equipment serviceability standards.

Clearance Requirements

1. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
2. Ability to push, pull, and reach.
3. Ability to work in high noise areas.
4. Ability to lift 50 lbs and small parts.
