As the Head of Performance Marketing (m / f / d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, increase lifetime value, and support our mission of democratizing access to dermatological care.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and Inspire the Team : Guide and mentor the Performance Marketing Team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop Strategic Marketing Plans : Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with FORMEL SKIN’s business objectives and support growth.
• Own Performance Channels : Take ownership of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and other performance channels, driving continuous optimization, innovation, and exploring new growth opportunities.
• Budget Management and Forecasting : Own and manage performance marketing budgets and targets, including detailed bottom-up forecasting to maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across Product, BI, and Customer Care to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of growth strategies.
• Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, drawing insights that drive data-backed decisions for ongoing improvements.
• Stay Ahead of Market Trends : Analyze market trends and competitors to refine targeting strategies, boost efficiency, and maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value (LTV).

What you need to succeed

• Extensive Experience in Performance Marketing : Proven expertise in forecasting, channel optimization, CRO, and audience strategy, with a track record of impactful campaign results.
• Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision-Making : Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive growth.
• Team Leadership Experience : Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team, fostering collaboration across cross-functional departments to meet growth objectives.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Solid understanding of customer behavior and experience in translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills : Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders across various functions, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
• Proficiency in MarTech : Experience with Google Tag Manager, automation, and attribution modeling to optimize performance and tracking capabilities.
