What you will do:

• Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales.
• Guide customers facing billing issues, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist customers with placing orders and related issues.
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot, escalate technical issues, and assist with account issues.
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions.
• Turn every customer into a happy customer!
