The position can be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions to meet client needs, including modules like time tracking, timesheet, and time off.
- Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for time management processes and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules as part of application management support.
- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including at least 1 year specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations.
- In-depth understanding of time management processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, such as Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification is preferred.
