Job Description:

What you will do

• Maintain production tools in the EGIO/EPITAXIE area (epitaxy reactors)
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs, requiring extensive equipment knowledge
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and accept comprehensive service work, including collaboration with external companies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., DGUV)
• Improve system technology, performance, and processes
• Identify failure points and implement process optimizations
• Share information with other users and maintenance teams
• Determine critical spare parts and manage their supply
• Train operational production staff on standard service procedures
• Document faults and services
• Handle internal production projects and serve as contact for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments

What you will need

• State-certified Technician or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar, with electrician certification
• Several years of professional experience in maintaining production facilities
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
• Initial training during daytime shifts for the first three months
• Ideally, experience in semiconductor production or specialized machine construction
• Independent, quality-conscious work approach
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Analytical thinking and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP; experience with system software is an advantage
