• You develop innovative technical solutions in the field of drive technology / power electronics.
• You carry out the design and development of individual components, assemblies and complete products in an interdisciplinary team.
• You play a key role in the creation of system architectures and concepts.
• You accompany the entire development process from specification, realization and testing through to production launch.
• You are the technical contact for internal and external departments.
• You work actively in a responsible and creative role in development projects.

What they bring with them

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering / mechatronics (specializing in power electronics, drive technology or comparable)
• At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of hardware development
• Experience in handling complex development projects with system understanding
• Understanding of development processes in globally operating companies desirable
• Knowledge in the development of safety-related hardware (IEC 61508, ISO 13849) is an advantage
• Structured problem solving, ability to work in a team and good communication skills in a global environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English
