For our operations across Europe, we are looking for a travel-ready and committed Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to support our customers on-site (e.g., in Spain, France, or the UK) in solving technical challenges with our innovative EGYM Workout Products. • Customer Visits: Travel throughout Europe to support customers on-site and ensure smooth training operations with fast, needs-based technical solutions.
• Device Installation: Manage the delivery, unloading, and installation of fitness equipment, supporting the installation team.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on EGYM Smart Machines.
• Documentation: Record customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system.
• Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of spare parts and replace defective components professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Support, Logistics, and Order Management teams to maintain high service quality.
• Customer Support: Contact Technical Support in Munich by phone for assistance with solutions.

Your fitness level

• Location: Based in Munich or nearby.
• Education: Vocational training as a mechatronics technician, mechanic, industrial electrician, or similar qualification.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding and practical skills.
• Mobility: Class B driving license, flexible, enjoys traveling.
• Personal Strengths: Good communication skills, hands-on mentality, customer interaction skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues from Service, Customer Support, and Order Management teams in Bavaria.
• Product Knowledge: Learn our EGYM Workout products thoroughly at Munich headquarters.
• IT Skills: Confidently use our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Independence: Carry out service assignments independently at customer sites.
