To support our growing operations, we are looking to hire an experienced HR Coordinator to support our tyre recycling plants in Dorsten, Kammlach and Oranienburg in a full-time position.
As HR Coordinator for our German production plants, your role will be to ensure smooth people processes, employee engagement and workforce development – with office base at our Dorsten plant. In this key position, you will work closely with Plant management, Finance, Global HR and employees to ensure compliance and enhance people efficiency.
You will be part of an evolving people structure designed to strengthen recruitment, retention and employee development within the organisation.
