The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) manages and develops the HRS E-Commerce platforms of hotel portal businesses like HRS.de and HOTEL.DE. It aims to transform into more than just a platform, offering exclusive services to individual travelers and SMEs to enhance their travel experiences. BTC's goal is to grow sustainably by boosting customer loyalty, repositioning the brand, and optimizing supplier management, playing a key role in HRS's DACH strategy to disrupt supply and e-commerce in the business travel market.

POSITION

As the Senior Technical SEO Manager, you will lead efforts to maximize online visibility and organic traffic for the HRS Group's E-Commerce unit. Your role involves developing and executing SEO strategies to improve booking funnel performance, focusing on technical SEO aspects like site architecture, content, and user experience optimization for search engines and users.

CHALLENGE

• Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes for website architecture, crawlability, indexation, mobile optimization, site speed, and structured data issues.
• Perform keyword research and develop strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with content teams to embed SEO best practices and monitor content performance for improvements.
• Develop a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and organic growth through partnerships and collaborations.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console) to track and improve website SEO performance.
• Coordinate with web development, content, UX/UI, and marketing teams on SEO projects.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of SEO experience.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Audisto, GA4, and Search Console.
• Experience with website optimization, mobile and page speed enhancements, schema markup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proven success in achieving SEO growth.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
