Your role at NTT DATA

Associate Commercial Architects support all commercial aspects of projects, including contract design and negotiation, project and price calculation, risk assessment, and sales support.

What you'll be doing

Commercial Architecture

• Handle commercial tasks for simple projects independently or support senior architects in complex projects
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Legal teams to craft contracts
• Identify deviations from standards and develop solutions
• Manage project financials: models, P&L, cash flow, customer pricing, risk register, funding
• Assess and document risks

Commercial Assurance and Governance

• Work with bid and pre-sales teams to present project parameters to management
• Ensure project compliance with company policies and contractual terms
• Utilize templates from the European Commercial Center of Excellence

Additional Commercial Support

• Contribute to improving commercial tools and processes

Knowledge and Skills

• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Business or Business Informatics
• Strong numerical skills
• Proficient in Excel; basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint; VBA, Access, Power BI, or Power Apps are advantageous
• Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and autonomous working style
• Willingness to travel occasionally
