ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Executing trades and monitoring Trade Republic's liquidity position
• Ensuring compliance with limits and regulatory requirements
• Managing Treasury-related risks as a first line of defense
• Building models and analytical tools
• Working with the ALCO to define Treasury strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3 years of front office treasury trading experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of liquidity management
• Knowledge of Fixed income markets, Rates, and FX Swaps
• The ability to understand risks and models, like IRRBB, VaR
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
