We are looking for a Supervisor Service to join our team in Langenfeld, Germany!

You will be an active member of the DACH Lifecycle Service Management team, working jointly with other Operations department leaders and the Sales Department to align service execution and sales strategies.

You will implement service tasks and support your team as an expert to provide services and support to customers.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring the service team is correctly equipped, trained, and developed to meet current and future business needs.
2. Leading, managing, and developing the Reliability Solutions and Machinery Health Management Service team.
3. Developing, applying, and introducing new and efficient service strategies, methods, and processes to support the development and profitability of the service office, ensuring adequate capabilities and resources are available.
4. Working closely with the DACH Operations Management team to ensure proper service coverage for all supported products, completing service activities timely and within budget.
5. Coordinating problem solving for technical issues related to service orders.
6. Performing tasks related to installation, upgrade, and maintenance of MHM / RS systems, integrated bus systems, field devices, and third-party systems at customer sites.
7. Ensuring all service activities meet safety and quality standards.
8. Maintaining and owning service and maintenance-related ISO procedures and work instructions.
9. Screening and utilizing relevant procedures related to Trade Compliance Policy.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with RS (Reliability Solutions) and MHM (Machinery Health Management) systems, including a minimum number of years as a Service Engineer.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Valid car driving license.
• Availability to travel within the DACH region for training, business trips, or service activities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with RS/MHM systems and industry-specific experience, including MS-Office applications.
