Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von E&I-Projekten im Biotech-/Pharma-Bereich.
• Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Berichterstattung über Projektinformationen.

Aufgaben

• Implementierung der HSES- und Qualitätsrichtlinien für alle Mitarbeiter.
• Koordination der Arbeiten der Auftragnehmer und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften.
• Motivierung des Personals bezüglich Sicherheitsanforderungen vor Ort.

We are currently seeking a Lead E&I Superintendent to join our client, a leading EPCM firm, to work on a major Life Science project in Cork. This position is preferred as a contract hire with a 24-month contract and a strong hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and Quality Policies are implemented and understood by all supervised staff and project contractors.
• Communicate the construction requirements to all contractors and direct reports.
• Control and coordinate the work of the contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contract, and client requirements.
• Instruct and motivate all personnel on site regarding health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring compliance with site regulations and permit to work procedures.
• Ensure all construction contractors’ supervision and labor adhere strictly to project drawings, specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Manage and guide supervision to ensure site productivity and efficiency meet contract targets.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale E&I packages within the biotech/pharma sector is essential.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with experience in preparing and reporting on key project information.
