Wholesale Operation – Booster Expert (m/f/d)
A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st June 2025

Indulge your passion

  • by ensuring accurate and complete data in Booster through diligent monitoring of sell-out, stock entries, and orders, and following up with markets in case of data inconsistencies
  • by being responsible for supporting markets on questions related to Booster applications and liaising with Richemont IT to resolve bugs and identify the best solutions
  • by continuously activating new functionalities within the Booster application and securing implementation by markets, including API interfaces, warranty extensions, and CRM
  • by supporting in providing training to internal stakeholders on usage of Booster
  • by tracking the implementation progress of Booster and updating monthly reporting

You’ll have

  • a background as a young professional (m/f/d) with experience in Business Administration, International Management, and/or International Sales & Marketing
  • the qualities of a team-oriented and dedicated person with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • the ability to work autonomously, proactive and an accurate method of operation
  • attention to detail and you own the ability to deal with business data, along with an essential enquiring mind
  • a high affinity for digital tools, platforms, and ERP (Salesforce, JOOR, SAP…)
  • strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
  • comfort with Project Management
  • proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • a desire to work in an international environment and fluency in English; knowledge of German and a third language are a plus
