We are looking for a self-driven student worker to support our Business Improvement & Strategic Projects team in Vejle or Hamburg with a variety of communication tasks.

Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Rethinking internal communication approach with new ideas to lift it to the next level.
  • Assisting the offshore construction department with internal communication and manage channels like MS Yammer and Stream – you will develop work relationships with colleagues from various teams.
  • Being responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting on internal coverage.
  • Maintaining SharePoint and Team sites and schedule events, meetings, and teleconferences.
  • Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university doing their bachelor or master’s in Communications, Marketing, Media IT or Operations (or similar) with 1-2 years left of their education. Please attach your transcript from your university as well as your CV.

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

  • Advanced experience in MS Office 365 – with focus on SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and PowerPoint.
  • An interest in SGRE Offshore wind farm construction.
  • An interest in communication and video creation and editing.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Fluency or working abilities in German and Danish is a plus.
  • Flexible and able to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for efficiency, structure and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in Hamburg or Vejle at least once a week.
