You can expect the following

• Support with all IT-related questions, particularly regarding Microsoft Office, PC hardware, multifunction devices/printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems as an IT contact person
• Setting up and configuring PCs and mobile devices
• Assisting with handling and application questions, especially for new employees
• Remote support for analyzing and resolving errors and disruptions
• Maintenance and documentation of the knowledge database
• Support with the implementation of new IT solutions

You bring along

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Proficient in MS Windows and the Office suite
• Experience in IT support and error analysis
• Service-oriented and independent working style
• Prior experience in 1st or 2nd level support is beneficial
• Good communication skills and team spirit
