About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will collaborate with studio partners and regional publishing teams to deliver integrated global community programs across several Level Infinite titles, in various stages of game development.

This is a significant opportunity to lead global community strategy across a range of in-development titles, working with studios across Europe as they bring their projects to life.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Community Management: Collaborate with studio community teams to develop their community infrastructure during Alpha and Beta development phases. Monitor conversations and content, respond promptly to hot topics and market trends, adjust strategies, and produce reports on community feedback for development teams.
  2. Build Testing Communities: Work with studio leads and Global Publishing teams to recruit early adopters for game testing phases—Alpha, Beta, EA, launch. Create community portals for these players, grow these communities as the game progresses, implement reward systems to encourage participation, and nurture these communities through to launch, amplifying opinion leaders from testing phases.
  3. Partner Strategy: Coordinate with streaming platforms on activations (e.g., Twitch drops). Track and report major community issues and opportunities, engage key stakeholders, create and host community events, and partner with studios for testing programs.
  4. Influencer Strategy: Identify, suggest, and amplify relevant influencers for each title. Collaborate with studios, global/regional publishers, and agency partners to design, implement, and measure influencer programs. Manage relationships with top-tier influencers through ongoing communication and coordinate social channel promotions tied to testing and launch events.
  5. Regional Amplification: Work closely with regional publishing teams to localize global content strategies, support local activations, and report results to inform global planning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  2. 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, with proven success in building communities from early game development stages through to launch and beyond.
  3. Experience managing community campaigns on major content platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
  4. A genuine passion for the gaming industry, with knowledge of games. Experience speaking at public events and empathizing with diverse player needs is required.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, and respond promptly to team requests.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple programs across various markets.
  7. High initiative, energy, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel to support partners in North America, Western Europe, or Asia.
