Job Description:

To strengthen our team at the Hamburg headquarters (or up to 100% remote/home office after intensive training), we're looking for a Marketing Manager with scientific background (m/f/d). This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week).

Your tasks include:

• Initiate and carry out international campaigns for customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention using the CRM system in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. You will be responsible for lead management.
• Evaluate the success of campaigns by analyzing KPIs and deriving recommendations for action.
• Manage content marketing (mailings, newsletters, etc.) and social media channels in collaboration with international colleagues.
• Plan and implement international marketing, communication, and media strategies considering specialist backgrounds.
• Develop marketing concepts and oversee the implementation of online and offline marketing measures.

Candidate profile:

• Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences with further qualification in marketing / communications.
• Experience in marketing and corporate communications within a life sciences or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, target-specific content, and a good sense of layout design, typography, and visual-text interplay.
• Excellent command of German and English.
• Interest in digitalization and passion for process optimization.
