The Role

Kyndryl Consult is a rapidly growing business, playing a key role in the company's strategic growth. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guide complex consulting engagements, and develop strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, focusing on the intersection of Business and IT solutions and transformations impacting the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities to build client relationships, and lead your team to success.


You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in incident recovery, representing the organization at industry events and publishing insights.

This role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will also foster talent development and innovation within the organization.

You will oversee client engagement, deliver high-quality work, and support post-deal implementation, focusing on financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.


Contribute to Profitable Growth:

  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Manage growth, profitability, margins, and backlog
  • Support business development activities
  • Negotiate scopes and fees, ensuring profitability and risk management


Client Engagement:

  • Build relationships with CXOs and act as a trusted advisor
  • Assess recovery readiness, define strategic roadmaps, and align strategies with business goals
  • Implement robust DR and ITSCM practices, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Guide forensic analysis and root cause assessments
  • Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives
  • Enhance client satisfaction and secure references


Operational Excellence:

  • Achieve utilization targets
  • Design complex engagements and oversee delivery


Leadership and Strategic Contribution:

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of development, curiosity, and innovation
  • Align with strategic initiatives and drive external eminence

Who You Are

  • Experienced professional with a growth mindset

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years in cyber incident response, recovery, or ITSCM
  • Proven client engagement at executive level
  • Expertise in DR and ITSCM frameworks
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, DRII preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Experience managing complex projects and high-value activities
  • Industry trend awareness and personal brand
  • Excellent communication in German and English
