Job Description:

As an Account Manager for Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS), you will serve existing customers and identify new growth opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. Develop strong relationships with key partners, end-users, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure our MF&PS products are specified and purchased, meeting sales targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will implement the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and meet your targets. This position is based in Germany.

  • As an ambitious sales professional with a hunter mentality, you will drive business growth in your region using your in-depth knowledge of MF&PS products.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with regional and European goals.
  • Analyze market opportunities to maximize margins and market penetration.
  • Seek synergy opportunities across business units through process, tools, systems, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Understand our products and advise clients accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with distribution partners to understand local market dynamics.
  • Drive sales excellence and performance across channels.
  • Ensure appropriate pricing policies are in place for each sales channel.
  • Forecast and report on sales volumes regularly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and other teams to share market insights.
  • Attend industry events for networking and educational purposes.
  • Use CRM tools effectively for sales activities and planning.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team within the company.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or technical fields, 5-10 years of HVAC sales experience, and strong technical and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
