About the job: This role focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies for EMEAI customers. You will develop business plans related to the AV portfolio and engage strategically with customers to support sales and ensure customer success, aligning with Keysight's leadership model.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and drive AV opportunities to expand the business, penetrate the market, and increase market share.
  2. Develop strategic relationships with customers, build partnerships, and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels.
  3. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities (e.g., Autonomous Driving, Connected Car), develop strategies, and create compelling presentations.
  4. Serve as the interface between customers and the Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit.
  5. Lead sales engagements and business development projects, coordinating with other functions, customers, and third parties.
  6. Develop and implement NPI strategies, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Strong relevant experience in automotive applications, especially in-vehicle networks and connected cars, in a customer-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem, including chipset manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and system integrators, from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Proven knowledge of automotive sensor technologies such as LiDAR, RADAR, and cameras, from component to system level.
  • Understanding of development processes like the V-model, including SiL, HiL, and ViL testing.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards for AV, such as NCAP.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into comprehensive solution proposals.
  • Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, sales-driven attitude.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or higher in Electrical, Communications, Computer, Automotive engineering, or related fields.
  • Additional expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technology is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German is highly beneficial.
