As a Senior Quality Manager, you will join the Supply Chain segment of the broader Hardware team.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality across all phases of the manufacturing value stream, from raw material supply to customer utilization.

You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and lead a Product Quality Specialist.

The role is based on-site at our office in Berlin, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face communication that naturally occurs when working closely with team members.

What you’ll do :

• Monitor external customer quality issues, including concerns, rejections, PPM, and 8D problem solving, and investigate root causes.
• Review daily production quality performance to facilitate effective and efficient manufacturing of quality parts.
• Implement quality initiatives and corrective and preventive actions across all value streams to meet strategic quality objectives.
• Maintain an effective PPAP submission process to ensure timely and accurate part qualification for customers.
• Own the internal quality management system audit process.

You’ll be great for this position if you :

• Have experience in product quality, process quality, and certification.
• Have worked in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
• Have experience leading teams, defining strategies, processes, and objectives.
• Possess working knowledge of automotive industry core tools (AIAG - APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.).
• Have experience with ISO certification
• Are familiar with quality assurance problem-solving tools (e.g., 5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagrams, DOE, 8D).
